Description Welcome to Windham Mountain Club! Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY. Seasonal Position: This part time role is available for the winter season. Pay: $18-$20 per hour based on experience Anticipated Start Dates: The Beginning of November Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Conditions: Must be able to get to a from work in all weather conditions.

This is an indoor position.

Overview

The Spa & Gym Front Desk Associate serves as an ambassador for our luxury wellness experience, welcoming members and guests to our world-class spa and fitness facilities. This role is responsible for creating a seamless and personalized experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, service-driven, and committed to exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members and guests with a warm, professional attitude. Schedule appointments and manage reservations. Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries. Process retail and service transactions. Recommend spa products, services, and amenities. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed. Assist with laundry, treatment room preparation, and facility cleanliness.

Maintain a polished appearance and uphold luxury service standards. Support daily operations and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, spa, fitness, or reception experience preferred. Experience with booking or spa software is a plus. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Passion for hospitality, wellness, and guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and mobile devices.
