AR Engineer

岗位职责： 1、Provide technical support for AR coating to solve the major problems rising in production on time. Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need; 负责真空镀膜车间的工艺技术支持，及时解决生产中出现的重大问题， 确保生产过程得到及时支持； 2、Coordinates all process and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products in AR process; 负责工艺参数的变更，确认和验证，新工艺/设备/产品在本工序的导入和验证； 3、Monitoring the process implemented correctly as required.

Rectify any wrong operation and process. Stabilization the process conditions, Ensure all process documents prepared and keep updated in time; 监控工艺实施的过程，稳定工艺条件，确保所有工艺文件及时更新； 4、Keep improving process to achieve FPY yield targt and production efficiency; 持续工艺改善，保证FPY良率目标和生产效率达成； 5、Assist production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down; 协助生产持续改善生产环境和降低生产成本； 6、Investigate the coating defect causes and work out the best solution.

Dig out the root cause and get relevant staff informed/ trained; 调查AR缺陷的原因并找出最佳解决方案，找出问题的根本原因，并对相关人员进行培训； 7、 Regularly conducts assessments for existing process/equipment in AR area; 定期对AR区域的工艺/设备进行评估； 8、Participate in or manage the projects in AR capacity expansion, new equipment installation, facility modification to reach the target as expected。 负责新设备、新工艺等项目工作，保证目标达成。 任职要求： 1、Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in process improvement, prior experience in coating is preferred; 3年及以上制造企业工艺经验，有镀膜经验优先； 2、University graduate or above.

Major in Optical /Electrical /Material / mathematics or related; 大学本科或以上学历。光学、电气、材料、数学等相关专业； 3、 Fluent in English of both written and speaking; 良好的英语听说读写； 4、Good team work spirit ; 良好的团队合作精神。 5、Strictly perform EHS duties of the position, comply with company's EHS rules & regulations, and correctly wear & use PPE 遵守EHS要求，做好PPE穿戴。 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
