Universal Banker

The Universal Banker I is a customer-facing branch banking role designed for individuals with at least one year of banking experience and demonstrated exposure to teller and platform responsibilities. This position supports customers with routine and complex transaction needs, account servicing, product education, relationship-building conversations, and referrals to appropriate banking partners.

The Universal Banker I is expected to perform with accuracy, professionalism, sound judgment, and a working knowledge of branch operations, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
