Human Resources Coordinator

About the Position:

The HR Coordinator supports daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced grocery retail environment. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting recruiting efforts, assisting with payroll and timekeeping processes, and providing general HR support to store leadership and employees.

A key focus of this role is strengthening company culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting retention efforts across store locations by ensuring a positive employee experience from onboarding through the full employee lifecycle.
