Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support Talent Acquisition initiatives. The role involves hiring across IT and Non-IT functions and working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure timely closure of positions.

Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Indore Experience: 1-2 years Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding requirements to candidate joining. Handle IT and Non-IT hiring across technical, infrastructure, engineering, sales, finance, HR, operations, administration, and other corporate functions.

Understand manpower requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions and candidate profiles . Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels . Conduct resume screening and initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability. Shortlist candidates and coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds .

Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Department Heads for requirements, interview feedback, and position closures. Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations . Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.

Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, bulk hiring, employee referral programs, and recruitment campaigns . Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/HRMS and recruitment trackers . Track and report recruitment metrics such as open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratio, and Time-to-Hire .

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate with HR/Operations teams for pre-joining formalities and onboarding . Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition . Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. Good understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and sourcing techniques. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS/HRMS. MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant Bachelor's degree.
