Senior Litigation Specialist

A Senior Litigation Specialist is responsible for the critical review of foreclosure/bankruptcy/conveyance documents and personally attesting to their 100% accuracy. Specialists must abide by all notary requirements and confidently testify to the accuracy of signed documents and general process if called as a witness or deposed.

Specialists must also understand state requirements, local concerns, historical rulings by a judge/court, and loan servicing requirements so they can service escalated/litigated loans.
