What You'll Do

Champion Exceptional Care. Support resident assessments, service plans, and clinical follow-up to ensure personalized, high-quality care. Own the Details. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, complete audits, and support regulatory compliance. Be a Trusted Partner. Work closely with our Health Services Director, care teams, providers, residents, and families.

Coach for Excellence. Support associates through training, guidance, and reinforcement of Top in Class care standards. Stay One Step Ahead. Anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of follow-through. Deliver Legendary Hospitality. Build meaningful relationships and create experiences where residents and families feel valued.

Clinical experience preferred, ideally in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for seniors. Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. Participation in the rotating on-call schedule is required, along with flexibility to support community needs.
