As a Travel Sales Manager, you will rotate between locations, step into active client environments, and take ownership of daily sales outcomes.

Your role

is to convert interest into revenue while maintaining a high standard of client experience. How You Add Value Guide clients through available services and packages Identify opportunities for upgrades and add-ons Drive daily revenue through in-person sales activity Blend quickly into new teams and operating styles Follow established sales systems and training standards Compensation Snapshot $3,500 base paid monthly Commission tiers tied to daily performance, ranging from 3 percent to 7 percent Total earnings vary by performance, with consistent performers reaching six figures Travel Coverage All work-related travel is arranged and paid for by the company, including airfare, housing accommodations, transportation, and fuel.
