Construction Helper (m/f/x)

Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing work areas, removing potential hazards, and supporting excavation, backfilling, and ground compaction activities Coordinate the loading, unloading, transportation, and storage of construction materials to ensure efficient site operations and workflow continuity Assist in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding, bracing systems, and other temporary site structures in accordance with safety requirements Operate and maintain hand-held and power-driven construction equipment while ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures Provide daily operational support to skilled trades personnel and site supervisors during construction, installation, and maintenance activities
