Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities for Transport Network and Fixed Broadband (FBB) categories, including network infrastructure, fiber optic, and core network equipment.

Responsible for supplier sourcing and selection, commercial negotiations, contract management, tendering, and supplier performance management to ensure cost efficiency, supply continuity, and business requirements are met. Partner closely with Engineering, Project, Legal, and cross-functional teams to support network expansion while ensuring compliance with procurement governance and contractual obligations.

Job Description Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Transport Network and Fixed Broadband (FBB) categories, including Optical Fiber Cable (CAPEX & OPEX), IP Transport Network (e.g. IPRAN, WDM, BDRT, IPEN), FBB Core Network equipment, and related services. Execute strategic sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier evaluation, competitive bidding (RFP/RFQ/RFI), commercial negotiations, and supplier selection to achieve cost optimization and supply continuity.

Manage the procurement lifecycle, including tendering, purchasing documentation, contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and supplier relationship management. Collaborate with Network Engineering, FBB, and Project teams to support network expansion, capacity planning, and operational requirements. Conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, TCO, payment terms, warranties, SLAs, and contractual terms to deliver optimal commercial outcomes.

Prepare procurement approval papers, commercial evaluations, business justifications, and presentations for Procurement Committee and management approval. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and contractual obligations while working closely with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders.
