• Relevant professional qualifications or trade certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or Degree) matching your discipline
• Valid CSCS Card for site and yard-based positions
• Proven hands-on experience in construction, off-site manufacturing, structural steel, or technical sales
• Strong commitment to quality, health & safety, and high standards of workmanship
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
