Staffing Coordinator
Job description
The Full Time Staffing Coordinator assists the nursing department with scheduling and staffing for the nursing care units. Performs duties and provides a direct line of communication with the DON regarding staffing, census, employee attendance and behavior problems. Works closely with the Retention Hiring Coordinator on open schedules, upcoming needs to always be recruiting as an integral part of staffing.
