Facilities Manager

Felix Construction has been building critical water and wastewater infrastructure since 1987, proudly serving the Phoenix and Dallas markets. We’ve kept the close, family-owned feel of our early days while earning the reputation and recognition of a leading general contractor - recently named #1 Top Workplace in Arizona for midsize business in construction.

Build cool things. Learn every day. Be home for dinner. At Felix Construction, work is local—no overnight travel—so you're home every night. We keep crews safe, busy, and respected. We like people who work hard and like using their hands and their heads. Read the plan, know the ‘why,’ build it right, and take pride in the result.

You’ll get steady hours, good gear, and a team that has your back. We Build What Matters.
