Position Type: Seasonal Reports To: Store Manager Position Overview Wolford is a luxury fashion brand known for its hosiery, lingerie, bodywear, and apparel. The Seasonal Stock Supervisor helps the store deliver a seamless client experience by keeping merchandise organized, inventory accurate, and products readily available to the sales team.

This role provides additional stockroom and operational support during the busy holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily stockroom operations, maintaining an organized, secure, and efficient space for Wolford merchandise. Receive, inspect, and process shipments, reporting discrepancies or damaged items to the Store Manager. Maintain accurate inventory through timely transfers, cycle counts, and other stock checks. Replenish the sales floor and communicate product availability to the sales team.

Support client orders, online order fulfillment, and inter-store transfers as needed. Prepare merchandise for shipment and ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly. Coordinate stockroom priorities with the Store Manager and sales team, particularly during peak business periods. Follow Wolford procedures for inventory control, loss prevention, shipment processing, and workplace safety.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized stockroom and work area. Assist with sales floor coverage or other store duties when business needs require.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail stock, inventory, shipping and receiving, or a related role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including when handling a varied product assortment. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Dependable, collaborative, and comfortable communicating with store leadership and colleagues.

Comfortable using inventory or point-of-sale systems and able to learn new systems. Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods. Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. The role may involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving merchandise.

Seasonal Assignment This is a temporary seasonal position intended to provide additional operational support during the holiday period. The schedule and assignment duration will be based on business needs.
