We at Coforge are hiring Senior Golang / TypeScript Engineer (#21223)** with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable backend systems and AI-powered platforms on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build backend services, shared experiences, and scalable workflows.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring high quality through unit and integration testing.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to long-term system reliability improvements
Required Skills
& Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend engineering and REST API development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on experience with Golang.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles including Domain Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, Design Patterns, and testing practices.
- 3+ years of experience building applications on AWS and working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
- 3+ years of experience working with NoSQL or relational databases (RDBMS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to independently design scalable backend systems and guide technical implementation.
- Proven experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical discussions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced Agile environments.
Preferred Skills:**
- Experience building AI or Machine Learning applications.
- Experience with Temporal.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
