Manufacturing Production Associate - 2nd Shift We are currently accepting applications for full-time Manufacturing Production Associates in multiple departments at our Stevensville, MD facility. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Starting Pay: $19.

00/hour (includes a $2.00/hour shift differential) We hire for a variety of manufacturing areas, and responsibilities will vary depending on department assignment. Specific duties and department placement will be discussed during the interview process. No prior guitar-building experience is required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing quality work.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to lift 15-25 pounds, depending on department assignment Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus on detailed work Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and vibration Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Requirements Successful candidates are: Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work Willing to assist in different areas as business needs require Interested in hands-on work and learning new skills Education and Experience Manufacturing, woodworking, assembly, trade school, or luthiery experience is a plus, but not required An appreciation for guitars, music, woodworking, or craftsmanship is a plus, but not required We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing quality work Benefits Starting at $19.

00/hour (includes a $2.00/hour shift differential), with the opportunity for up to a $1.00/hour increase after 90 days.
