Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated part time Medical Assistant to join our team. Schedule will be Fridays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Position to start in January, 2027 Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a medical assistant training program Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Key Responsibilities: Take vital signs and medical histories Assist providers during exams and procedures Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally Maintain and update patient records accurately Required Skills: Proficiency in medical assisting and phlebotomy Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Competence in using medical instruments and office systems Fridays 7am-7pm every other weekend 8am-1pm 17 hrs
