Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Reviewer

An active Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license is required for this role. Certified Residential license holders will not be considered. This role is responsible for supporting the firm’s quality assurance and reporting standards. This role focuses on reviewing appraisal reports prepared by reporting appraisers to ensure compliance with USPAP, client engagement requirements, and internal firm standards. The reviewer works closely with producing appraisers and leadership to strengthen analytical rigor, improve reporting standards, and support firmwide QA/QC initiatives.

The role provides exposure to a wide range of property types including office, industrial, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and specialty assets.
