Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 17 years in supply chain logistics, starting in a warehouse loading trucks and working my way up to Director of Airfreight for North America. Along the way, I held roles in operations, outside sales, sales management, and branch leadership in both Memphis and Dallas, earning Branch of the Year honors at the North American level.

That journey shaped how I lead today: I value initiative, accountability, teamwork, and giving people the opportunity to grow and be heard. I’m a graduate of Ole Miss, and I bring a practical, people-first leadership style into the office. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
