AR Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, invoicing, payment posting, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced construction and transportation environment.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivables. Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end close and financial reporting. Assist with audits and tax filings. Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate degree in accounting or related field or relevant experience 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or accounting experience preferred Experience in construction, trucking, or heavy equipment industries is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
