• The Mold Machining Machinist at ARC INTERNATIONAL GROUP is responsible for operating and maintaining machining equipment to produce precision molds used in manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail to ensure that molds meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various machining tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to fabricate mold components.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations required.
• Perform routine maintenance on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Inspect finished mold components for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Document machining processes and results, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the department.Qualifications: Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program in machining or a related field is preferred. Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold machining or a closely related field.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs.
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting machining equipment.
