About You

We are seeking Deckhands to join our on-water team for the summer season from October 2026 to May 2027, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. As the face of our operation on the water, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, combining exceptional customer service with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Requirements

Support the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including berthing, mooring and line handling activities. Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring guests are safe, informed and enjoying their experience. Assist with food and beverage service and help maintain a welcoming onboard environment. Complete daily vessel preparation, cleaning, housekeeping and restocking duties.

Assist with basic vessel maintenance and report any operational or safety concerns. Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to procedures and reporting hazards and incidents promptly. Work collaboratively with the Master and crew to deliver safe, seamless and memorable experiences on the water.
