The role You’ll support the Store Manager to hit sales targets and give customers a great experience. When the Store Manager is away, you run the store. You’ll: Lead sales. Set and drive sales, occupancy and revenue targets, and keep the team motivated to hit them. Raise the service bar. Coach the team to give outstanding service and build lasting customer relationships.

Manage the team. Recruit, train, schedule and supervise the sales team, and give them regular feedback and support. Look after stock and budget. Manage stock levels and audits, and support the store’s budget and financial reporting. Run the store. Handle day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, safety and compliance.

Drive marketing and reporting. Deliver in-store promotions and use sales reports to spot trends and opportunities.
