Per Diem/Variable shift The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications: PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License.

Preferred Qualifications

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency. Why Join Providence?
