Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities. Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and prospects. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports. Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met. Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.

Travel is required.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
