Early Morning Sales Associate - Orangetheory Fitness

Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Schedule: Early morning shifts beginning at 4:30 AM Orangetheory Fitness Madison is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our front desk sales team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn't mind getting an early start to their day.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with member check-ins and class bookings.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and membership inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective members and assist with membership sales.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Support daily studio operations and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and consistently available for shifts beginning at 4:30 AM.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in health and fitness is a plus.
