Job description
As the IT Tech Lead II – Web, you will provide both technical and people leadership for Sub-Zero Group's web development team and digital experience platforms. You will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing a team of web developers and analysts while serving as the technical expert for the technologies that power our web experiences.
This role will drive solution architecture, establish technical standards, oversee platform health and delivery execution, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative digital solutions. Success in this role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
