Our facility is designed to provide high-quality surgical care in an efficient, patient-centered outpatient environment. Our center is: AAAHC Accredited State of Florida Licensed Medicare Certified Equipped with 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure/treatment rooms Designed to support orthopedic surgery, pain management, spine, podiatry, general surgery, reconstructive/plastic surgery, and robotic total joint procedures Our goal is straightforward: deliver exceptional care while creating an environment where patients feel supported and clinicians have the resources and teamwork they need to do their best work.

The Opportunity As a CRNA with The Advanced Center for Surgery, you will provide anesthesia services for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures while working closely with surgeons, nursing staff, anesthesia colleagues, and ASC leadership.

Responsibilities include

Performing pre-anesthesia evaluations and developing appropriate anesthesia plans Providing general anesthesia, MAC sedation, and regional anesthesia/blocks when appropriately credentialed Managing airway, hemodynamics, pain control, and patient safety throughout the perioperative period Supporting safe and efficient transitions to PACU and postoperative recovery Collaborating with the surgical team to maintain efficient case flow Participating in ASC quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives Providing compassionate, patient-focused anesthesia care from pre-op through recovery Qualifications Current Florida APRN license Current CRNA certification Current BLS and ACLS certification, as applicable Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety Ability to practice independently while working effectively as part of a collaborative team Excellent communication and professionalism Previous ambulatory surgery center or outpatient anesthesia experience strongly preferred Compensation & Employment Options We recognize that experienced CRNAs have different professional and lifestyle priorities.
