Process Development Scientist

Peregrine Team is hiring a Process Development Scientist to support biologics development and scale-up. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes and supporting tech transfer from R&D to production.Key Responsibilities. Design and execute experiments to optimize upstream/downstream processes. Support scale-up and tech transfer to manufacturing teams.

Analyze process data and identify improvements in yield and efficiency. Collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams. Document findings and support regulatory submissions. Qualifications. PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field5+ years of experience in biologics process development. Experience with GMP and tech transfer processes.
