Job description
This is service--maintenance work in the cleaning and housekeeping of buildings, facilities and grounds. Work requires the knowledge of work routines and procedures used in custodial work which is learned on the job. Contacts with people require basic courtesy and tact. The custodial work is strictly routine, following specified instructions and established work routines involving similar situations.
