Compensation

Average First-Year Earnings: $42,200–$46,500 (base + performance incentives) Based on $20–$22/hour plus average performance incentives; actual earnings vary based on individual performance. Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to help homeowners schedule a free appointment with one of our experts.

Back each other up. That's the standard. You’ll have clear performance metrics around call activity, appointment setting, and conversion.
