Customer Operations Specialist

This position is 100% onsite at RG Transport in Elwood, Indiana. Must be open to working weekends and overtime as needed.

The Customer Operations Specialist develops and executes daily load plans that align customer demand with available drivers, tractors, and trailers to maximize equipment utilization, minimize empty miles, and support on-time pickup and delivery. Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, this role provides superior service through proactive communication, accurate order management, shipment monitoring, and timely resolution of service issues.
