Digital Engagement Manager

Our commitment to innovation drives us to pioneer new solutions, reshaping the way we care for our residents. We’re looking for an experienced Digital Engagement Manager to lead Opal Health. Care’s owned digital channels and customer engagement activity across websites, marketing automation, social media and online reputation.

Reporting to the Director, Communications and Sustainability, you’ll lead a team of two and work across Marketing, Communications, Technology and the broader business to create seamless digital experiences across the customer journey. What you'll be doing: Lead our website, digital channel and customer journey strategy Build and optimise automated and lifecycle campaigns using Marketo Engage Manage always-on digital campaigns across acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention Oversee social channels, including Meta, and our online reputation Champion our brand voice across all digital touchpoints Drive SEO, GEO, A/B testing, campaign attribution and optimisation Partner with Technology to enhance our marketing technology ecosystem Lead and develop our Marketing Automation Specialist and Digital Channel Coordinator What you'll bring: 5+ years’ experience across digital marketing, website management, marketing automation or customer journey management Hands-on experience with Marketo Engage or a comparable platform Strong experience in lifecycle campaigns, segmentation and personalisation Website/CMS and social media management experience Strong analytical and campaign attribution capability Exceptional written communication and stakeholder management skills A passion for creating great digital customer experiences Experience with Drupal, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads and Meta Ads will be highly regarded.
