You will be responsible for dispensing physician ordered medication; performing assessments; responding to emergency situations. Responsible for communicating concerns with medical provider/Director of Nursing/Administration. You will work as part of our incredible medical team to ensure the best medical care possible.

High school Diploma/ Official Transcripts Current Illinois LPN license Good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Current BLS certification Schedule Full-Time: 40 hours per week Part-Time: 32 hours per week Residential Settings Day: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM PM: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Overnight: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Skilled Nursing Residence Day: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM PM: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Overnight: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Pay New Graduate Starting Rates LPN: $28.
