Client Relations Executive (Female)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Handle daily client communications, receptions, and follow-up activities. Understand client needs and provide professional advice and suitable solutions. Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.

Monitor client satisfaction regularly and recommend improvements to enhance service quality. Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and business networking activities. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is properly updated. Support initiatives to enhance the company's brand image and overall customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Female Malaysian National (Mandatory), currently living and working in Kuala Lumpur long-term. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales support, or related roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and coordination abilities. Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage. Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong team spirit. Candidates with experience in premium customer service, private clubs, hospitality, hotels, or corporate reception are highly preferred.
