Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts Location: Bangalore / Calicut Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Senior Executive to join the Finance team in Calicut. The role involves handling end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and timely payments while maintaining compliance with internal financial policies.

Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes , including invoice verification, processing, and payment execution. Validate vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation . Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments as per agreed payment terms. Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system. Support month-end closing activities , including AP reconciliations and accruals. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements . Coordinate with procurement, finance, and internal stakeholders for invoice approvals and issue resolution.

Prepare AP reports, aging analysis, and MIS reports for management review. Required Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) CA Inter or CMA (Inter/Qualified) preferred 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.

Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing Vendor Reconciliation Payment Processing & AP Aging ERP Systems (Oracle / SAP / similar finance systems) MS Excel & Financial Reporting Knowledge of Financial Controls & Compliance Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Shared Services finance operations is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced finance environment .
