District Sales - West TX

Responsible for commercial ownership, customer relationships, opportunity development, and sales execution within an assigned district or basin. Serves as the primary local commercial resource for the assigned district and is accountable for growth across capital equipment spare parts, consumable products, aftermarket service, and other applicable district-supported product lines.

May manage, mentor, coordinate, or provide day-to-day leadership for Sales Representatives and other commercial resources assigned to the district when required. Works closely with the District Sales Manager, Strategic Account Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and district distribution facilities to drive profitable growth, customer support, and inventory readiness.
