Full-Time Behavioral Health Licensed Clinician

Scope Health & Wellness is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW-S) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC-S). Supervisory level is a plus!

What you will do

The Licensed Social Worker/Professional Counselor provides clinical assessment, mental health counseling, case management, care coordination, and support to their clients ages 5-17 on an outreach bases - in client's school, home, and/or community. This position is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, developing therapeutic goals and objectives, and employ strategies of intervention that are supported by our trauma-informed framework.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual sessions with clients to address mental health, provide education and support to promote overall well-being Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources Maintain accurate and up to date clinical documentation Participate in regular supervision and professional development to enhance clinical skills Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, or Bachelor's degree in Social Work with LSW Current Ohio LSW, LISW(S), LPC, or LPCC(S) license Experience working with youth in a school-based setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be a self-starter, be able to exhibit flexibility, work independently and as part of a team Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about helping youth achieve their full potential, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity!
