Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and operational finance. This position will translate financial, commercial, and operating data into clear recommendations that help leaders improve growth, margin, productivity, and return on investment. The Director will lead the FP&A team, own the company’s consolidated planning processes, and serve as a strategic finance partner to executive, sales, and operating leadership.
