Staff Product Manager, Residential Charging & Home Energy Management

Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Residential Charging & Home Energy Management based in the United States. We are looking for a strategic, technically minded product leader to shape the future of residential electric vehicle charging and connected home energy management.

In this senior role, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, business case, and launch execution for a portfolio of residential AC charging solutions. You will help evolve home charging beyond standalone hardware into an intelligent, integrated energy ecosystem encompassing load management, smart electrical panels, utility programs, and bidirectional power capabilities.

Working across hardware, firmware, cloud software, operations, and go-to-market teams, you will drive complex products from concept through certification and commercial launch. You will also build strategic partnerships with utilities, automotive manufacturers, and energy technology providers to expand product capabilities and market reach.
