Project PA planning & scheduling engineer

Your responsibilities

• Lead project execution activities within the preassembly scope and follow project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize assembly processes and support continuous development of production planning activities.
• Monitor project work hours and cost performance while driving operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and implement 5S, standardization, visualization, and lean improvement initiatives.
• Support QHSE development projects through execution, reviews, and progress follow-up. Expectations for you
• College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in large mechanical equipment assembly and project management.
• Good understanding of assembly processes, tools, and fixtures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with daily English communication capability.
• Experience in lean development or continuous improvement projects.
