What You’ll Do Greeting Clients Answering phones Processing mail – outgoing-incoming Printing, scanning, and file maintenance Contacting court staff Follow up calls Filing and maintenance of firm admin files Inventory of office supplies monthly Maintain lobby and conference rooms to always be client ready What We’re Looking For Experienced receptionist (in a law office preferred) Strong written and oral communication skills An ownership mindset someone who can take a project and see it through Strong customer service skills, our clients are our top priority Alignment with our FASTIE values and a team-first attitude Compensation & Benefits $15.
