About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to oversee revenue growth across multiple business lines, drive strategic partnerships, lead market expansion initiatives, and build high-performing commercial teams focused on delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead weekly commercial review meetings across all revenue teams to assess pipeline performance, conversions, blockers, and growth opportunities Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts and high-value business opportunities Set and monitor quarterly OKRs and performance targets for commercial team leads Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with pipeline and conversion goals Develop and optimize cross-sell and revenue expansion strategies across business lines Lead pricing decisions, commercial escalations, and partnership negotiations Review and approve non-standard deals, discounts, and commercial agreements Represent the company in strategic partnerships, investor discussions, and key business engagements Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial talent Drive accountability, execution, and revenue performance across commercial teams Requirements 8+ years experience in commercial, sales, or growth roles with proven revenue ownership Strong experience leading B2B and/or B2C commercial teams Proven track record of closing enterprise or high-value deals Experience driving revenue growth in Tech, SaaS, HRTech, Talent.
Tech, or Ed.
