About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This outside sales position utilizes industry-leading technology to design and showcase custom bath projects while helping customers transform their homes.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system. Meet with pre-qualified leads provided by the company. Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously develop your skills. Utilize user-friendly design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions. Present pricing options and confidently close sales.

Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred. Experience in the home remodeling industry is a strong plus. Reliable transportation and residence within the local area. Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations with professionalism.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. Outgoing and articulate personality with strong relationship-building skills. Proficiency with basic technology and tablet applications.
