Key Responsibilities:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> <!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Training & Education:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Create and implement comprehensive 245D-compliant medication administration training protocols for direct care staff.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Competency Evaluation:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Conduct and document staff competency reviews, including watching and signing off on medication administration passes.
