Respiratory Therapist-Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation

Work Schedule: Per Diem, day/eve, Variable. You will work at 209 9th St Rockford IL. We are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist
- Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation to: Empower patients to improve their health and quality of life through personalized pulmonary rehabilitation programs, education, and ongoing support. Apply your clinical expertise to assess, monitor, and guide patients through individualized exercise and treatment plans designed to achieve meaningful outcomes. Build lasting connections with patients and families by providing education, encouragement, and resources that promote long-term cardiopulmonary wellness. Join a collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient safety, and delivering exceptional care across the continuum of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Required Work Experience 3 years experience in pulmonary related field with strong emphasis in patient education. Required Experience in exercise prescription. Preferred License and Certifications Current Registration (RRT credential) from the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Required License from the State of Illinois as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (within 90 days of passing test for new grads). Required Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
