Business Development Executive / Manager

Location: Secunderabad, Telangana, 500003 Qualification Bcom / BBA / MBA Experience: 2 - 6 experience in Business Development, Sales, Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, NBFC, Insurance, Broking, Corporate Sales.

Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive business growth. This is a 100% Business Development & Marketing role where you will promote Grow. Mo360's services, generate qualified leads, acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Prior experience in Investment Banking is not mandatory. Complete product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, and field visits. Identify and acquire Corporate, SME, Startup, HNI, and Individual clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions. Promote Grow. Mo360's financial services and generate quality leads. Build long-term client relationships and convert prospects into business.

Coordinate with internal teams forsmooth client onboarding. Represent Grow. Mo360 at client meetings and networking events. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
