Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Python

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build production-grade Agentic AI and LLM-powered systems . The ideal candidate is a strong Python engineer with hands-on experience in RAG, multi-agent architectures, knowledge graphs, and modern agent protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using Python. Build RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graph, and ontology-driven AI solutions. Develop agent workflows, multi-agent routing, orchestration, delegation, and shared memory . Build high-performance AI backends and APIs using FastAPI . Design and integrate Neo4j, relational databases, vector databases, and semantic/ontology-based data models and knowledge graphs with Workflows and business rules .

Develop and integrate MCP servers/clients and A2A protocols . Work with Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) and other modern agentic frameworks. Build tool-using agents that interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external services. Design reliable, scalable, observable, and production-ready AI architectures.

Required Skills

Strong Python and backend engineering experience. Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems . Experience with FastAPI and API development. Strong knowledge of knowledge graphs, Neo4j, Multi-tenant ontology systems, and semantic data modeling . Experience with agent memory, context management, and multi-agent routing .

Practical understanding of MCP and A2A protocols . Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) or comparable agent orchestration frameworks. Experience with vector databases, relational databases, and modern search/retrieval technologies. Strong understanding of production software engineering, scalability, testing, and system design.

Experience 6+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience building AI/LLM applications. Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade AI or agentic systems .
