Position Overview

Account Executive Organizational Relationship : Reports to Director of Sales Job Family: Sales Managerial Responsibilities: None Classification: Full-Time / Exempt Location: Remote Remote Work Eligibility: This position is fully remote and there is a strong preference for employees residing in Utah, Indiana, Georgia, or Tennessee .

General Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the dental industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Vyne Dental's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Vyne Dental's products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support business and organizational objectives.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High School/Technical Degree/Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience 2-4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Dental, SaaS, or Healthcare industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite. Knowledge of the dental industry and revenue cycle management is preferred. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
