Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked at a State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and insight into what it takes to build and run a successful office. I’m a graduate of Saint Michael's College, married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, watching sports, spending time at the beach, and being with friends and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
